Them nasty bananas......

This is the funniest video I have ever seen. This was one of the first times I gave McKade bananas and needless to say it didn't go over well. Really it was awhile before he would eat fruit and right now he really only likes applesauce and pears. Anyways this video is hilarious enjoy.

Random Cell phone pictures

I finally found my adapter to upload my pictures from my cell phone and found some cute pictures I wanted to post. They are out of order from what I meant them to be, darn.

This picture I took because of the darling boots he has on. These were given to Paul from our dear friend and McKade's "godmother" Dannette. She gave these boots to Paul as a gift when we found out we were having a baby. I didn't think he would ever be big enough to fit into them but the day has finally come. He looks like a little boy with these boots on.

Before McKade finally figured out how to roll over he was becoming quite the contortionist (spelling???). He would arch his back like this and scoot around and almost roll but couldn't quite make it over. He still arches his back like this and moves all over the floor on the back of his head, needless to say he has worn the hair off the back of his head. So funny though to watch.

This was one of McKades first grins/smirks and I happened to catch it just right with the camera. Usually when he was starting to smile the minute I would get out the camera or my phone his face would turn to stone and I wasn't going to get a smile no matter what I did.

Poor little beat up baby. This was right after he was born and I didn't realize how swollen and beat up he was until looking back at these pictures now. He ended up with a scab on his left eye from the forceps which is funny to look at pictures now and see a scab on my newborns face. Wierd that this was 7 1/2 months ago. Wow how much life has changed.

This sweet picture was taken on Paul's first father's day. McKade was born on a Friday and father's day was that Sunday the day we went home from the hospital, kinda of neat for Paul.

Well I have the funniest video on my phone that I'm trying to figure out how to post, any tips let me know because it's hilarious.

Rub A Dub Dub.....

McKade loves his bath-time. He gets so excited and splashes, squeals and laughs. Last night I got out some rubber ducks and let him play with them while he bathed and he had a blast. He is such a funny little boy and getting smarter every day. Such a handsome little devil huh....

Of course he just wanted to eat the ducks, everything goes into the mouth these days.

There he is again plotting to eat the duck.

Crazy hair post bath, it's so fine that it dries so fast but sticks everywhere when I first dry it.

And the end result a very handsome little boy with his hair all slicked down. We just love this little guy.

More Christmas fun

Had more pictures to post but couldn't get them all on the last post.

My two men cuddling, McKade wasn't asleep here but was just closing his eyes to avoid the flash I think (think I take to many pictures....).
Christmas day playing with his toys. He looks like such a big boy sitting up all by himself it's sad.

Christmas morning at Rudy and Judy's. He loves this little toy also mostly because he can take off the rings and chew on them. What else does a 6 month old need, as long as it can go in the mouth they are good.

Pretty much the only thing he wanted to do with his gifts. If you would get a piece of paper started he would help you tear it but then it would immediately go in his mouth.

I have one of me and him but can't find it right now. McKade looks a little overwhelmed that he started to zone out some. Well that's enough picture overload for now.

Christmas fun

Hope everyone had a great Christmas, we had a great time. Too good because the last couple weeks have been so busy I haven't had a minute to post any pictures. Baby is down for a nap (and who really needs a clean house anyways right) so I thought I would finally update.
This year Christmas was so fun having McKade around, even though he didn't really understand what was going on it was still great. He really got into the wrapping paper and ribbons though, oh yah and he did think his toys were pretty cool also.

Judy got him this adorable Santa outfit and it was hilarious. We put him in this Christmas day and everyone loved it. He did pretty good and left the hat on also. What a little ham for the camera huh, he is so funny.

This was taken Christmas eve after a long evening of family, dinner and fun. He was such a good little boy and so much fun but was really cashed out by the time we got home.

He got these cutest little toy balls that have different things in them like beads, bells etc. He thinks they are the best and holds them so seriuosly and inspects each one. So much fun to see him interact and learn so much from the world.

Paul's coffee shop friend got him these adorable Rudolph slippers, they were a little big but I had to get a picture of them on him.

My two handsome men. There he is hamming it up for the camera again.
